Sample Story Starter:

Adventure is afoot. Essie and Bugaloo are watching as the Forest People lift their planted feet and begin dancing to jiggy, hypnotic rhythms coming from deep in the earth.

What do those rhythms sound like?

One by one, the Forest People (people call them trees) whirl round and round until they spin above a hole in the ground. Falling, every so slowly, they float to another world far below.

What did they see as they were falling?

"Where did they go?" Essie said, flapping her wings.

"I don't know," Bagaloo cried. "But we need the Forest People here! Where will Eagle make her nest?'

"What about Beaver and Squirrel and all the rest?" wondered Essie. "Let's follow them!"

And so they did.

What happens next? What did they discover in the land below?

Uh Oh! What happens to Essie and Bugaloo?

How would YOU finish the story?
